If we travel down the memory lane the word INNOVATION was used quiet often in all domains of life irrespective of whether the exact meaning and essence of the word was conveyed or not. Those days innovation was just an added feather to the hat. Everyone believed that “A known devil is better than an unknown angel”. Only a few dared to venture and out of the few some came out in flying colors. Unlike the past now it has become a necessity. New creations are out every minute in some part of the world and in order to survive in this market trend innovation is indeed the key rather the only key.

MY CRAZE FOR BIKES
I want to share my experience about bikes. Buying a bike is not a big deed now-a-days but buying a right bike for our bumpy roads is the toughest job. I bought my very first 2-Wheeler SUZUKI, the ultimate choice! I was very comfortable and was pleased with the whole experience. It gave me full satisfaction in quality and mileage. My suzuki was the biggest gift for me from my dad. My bike is my best companion, I explored the world with it but my bike was with me only for 2 years. I lost my bike when I went with my friends to Tada falls. I was very upset for few months and when I went to my friend’s house on his birthday I saw dazzling new bike, its look attracted me a lot.

MY BIKE
I observed that bike for a long time, its tyres, its pointed tail light, head lights, big tank and finally looked at the guy on it, I was shocked, it was my friend the birthday boy waiting for me to go for a ride on his new bike. I was excited and joined him the very next moment he called, enjoying the ride we discussed a lot of things about the bike that day, and now I own a pulsar150cc bike the pickup is awesome and gives a mileage of around55 – 60 kmpl. I like the way the headlamps are designed, the headlight comes with city lights also called tail lights which is an addition to its looks. The tail part of the bike…, hmm, yeah, I could say it is nicely designed too. On the whole it has got Trendy Looks, Fuel Efficiency, Great pickup and the list goes on. If you wish to buy one then I would suggest the Pulsar 150cc.

Expressing Your Inner Self:part 3
Had we been given an alternative that would allow us not to like her and as well learn how to handle it, then we’d accept and deal with how we felt while we learnt acceptable ways to express it.
Friends and our lover don’t fare much better. We groove our relationships into well-worn paths. We talk shorthand and expect those closest to us to understand us with much less communication than we put out for those we don’t know. But half the time we don’t even know how to tell friends or our lover what we mean!
The process of filtering our true thoughts and feelings long predates most adult relationships. What we need is affirmation, affection, approval, acceptance and unconditional love. It is also true that what you spread is what you get so learn to accept your fellow beings for what they are whether you like it or not and so will you find yourself in a position to express your true self and then you live your real life.J

Expressing Your Inner Self:part 2
Now the socialization process works because most of us do grow up able to survive on the planet with lots of others, but we pay a big price for it. That direct line from feelings-to-action is interrupted, rerouted and detoured so often that most of us run the risk of getting out of touch with how we really feel and what we really want. This process of detaching ourselves from our feelings starts with curbing how we behave. For instance you’re a kid and you tell your mother, “I don’t like aunt rose.” What happened? You were told: “that’s bad, she’s your aunt! Don’t let me hear you say that again!” what lesson did that teach you? It didn’t make you love your aunt, but instead it made you guilty and taught you the first lesson in subterfuge; “I do hate her but that’s bad so ill act nice and I sure won’t tell mom about that anymore.”

Expressing Your Inner Self : part 1
When you were little, how often did you hear grownups say: “I don’t want to hear that from you,” or, “control that temper!”?? These familiar parental phrases set up an internal conflict that can have a lasting effect on how and what we communicate.
Socialization is a necessary process but harmful in the way we do it. In their zeal to get us on the right survival track, parents often teach us to deny rather than to modify our first and truest responses to life experiences so we develop a filter an internal censor that says: “before you do run the action past me. There is danger in expressing yourself openly.”

PHYSICAL SELF :part 2
Now if you are thinking that I am asking you to ignore such physically shabby, untidy but priceless people, then you got it wrong. In such cases it becomes our responsibility to make them realize or simply tell them about how important one’s physical self is. Apart from the person’s inner self the looks speak a lot as well in fact these outlooks form the first impressions for the person, which always count a lot. So go ahead help those people who fail to realize this importance of one’s physical self and even if it is you don’t hesitate to change because you are doing it for yourself.

PHYSICAL SELF :part 1
A person’s physical looks do not matter what matters is what he/she is from within, many of us promptly agree at this but is that the truth and always??
Before pointing your forefingers at me with objection, think and answer me would you find an unclean, itchy and smelly genius very pleasant, though he has all the smarts? Or what about an angel of a girl who is ready to help anyone anytime, but just that she doesn’t find bathing even once a day very charming, would you be her ever around buddy? Now even if some sense of goodness from within or may be the pure part of you will pull you to ignore their physical handicaps for a while, yet not for long can any of us hang out with them. This is the truth, undeniable, unfair truth, because we are all humans and have a specific tolerance limit.
